Real Estate Licensee's can sell the EquityKey product.

If you are licensed by the DRE you can sell the EquityKey program. If you are not DRE licensed, but have senior clients who could benefit from our program (Financial Advisors, Realtors, C.P.A.’s, and Lawyers), you can refer these clients and we'll handle the application process.

* EquityKey has a broker log-in page for agents to obtain forms and contracts needed to process clients applications. In the event you don't have your user name & password, please contact your  Correspondent Originator or Senior Account Manager who will give you further nstructions.

In order to facilitate and expedite the approval process we would like agents to arrange the Intake Interview at the same time you meet with your client to complete the application. When you are with your client obtaining the application, please call (619)400-8985 and set up the Intake Interview, right then and there. This can be done during business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
